This is brand new Longines buckle in its packaging. 
 
The internal diameter is 16mm. It will fit an 18mm strap. Perhaps 17mm or 19mm. Please check your current strap size. 
 
The last photo shows an already opened SS buckle for reference. You will receive the same but GP.
