This is an excellent vintage Divers Chronograph by Pontiac.
 
It has a very nice sized 39mm case (excluding crown and pushers). For its age the case is in very nice condition as you can see from the photos. It shows some light signs of wear. 
 
The dial is in excellent condition for a vintage watch. The only noticeable wear is the slight fading to the orange lime on the right hand sub dial. 
 
The hand wound movement is running well and keeping good time for a vintage watch.
 
It has been fitted with a new crystal. It comes on a fantastic vintage riveted bracelet and with a hand made travel pouch.
 
Overall a spectacular vintage watch.
